Shipping & Returns

SSTKMS products are handmade in our studio and by local seamstresses, knitters and leather craftsmen in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

We operate on a made-to-order model, so each piece is produced after the order is made. 
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks of production time for your items. 

We are using mostly deadstock fabrics, therefore most of our stock is limited.

SHIPPING 

All our orders are shipped with Lithuanian post. The shipping cost for your order is provided at checkout. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive shipping information by e-mail.

Outside EU: Please note that the shipping rates do not include any customs or import duties that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request to return your item(s). Please contact us on our email hello@sstkms.com about your return. Items sent back to us without a return request won’t be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in a safe package. If your returned item is in used condition, we won’t be able to accept your return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer and for returns outside the EU any duties or taxes incurred when your package reaches Lithuania will be deducted from the refund.
